We work hard to help each student increase his or her academic performance. After one year of working with our tutors, 92% of students improve grades and test scores.
We believe in each student’s ability to learn and achieve his or her goals. We work hard to increase every student’s sense of self-efficacy. After one year of working with our tutors, 89% of our students feel more confident.
We believe education is intrinsically valuable and that students learn best when instruction is real, relevant, and rigorous. After one year of working with our tutors, 85% of students felt more motivated towards academic pursuits.
Tutorpedia Foundation (TF) believes that personalized tutoring is the most effective means to achieve student success. One-on-one tutoring can help close achievement gaps, graduate more students from high school, and prepare more students for college and beyond. After teaching and tutoring in both public and private schools for a combined 40 years, educators Seth Linden and David Taus founded Tutorpedia Foundation to increase access to professional tutoring and targeted academic support for low-income families.
We are inspired by our students and our tutors that do the work every day. In the following video, meet TF Scholar Ashanti and her tutor Sarah.
